This large detached villa is located half way between the lovely villages of Casarabonela and Ardales.  Commanding magnificent views of the mountains.  The panoramic vistas have a real WOW factor.

Entering into the courtyard, the main house is to the right.  An entrance hall welcomes you to the property.  The master bedroom is located to the right, with ensuite bathroom and patio doors opening into the conservatory area.  The guest bedroom is also located here as is the family bathroom.  The bunk room with double elevated bedroom also leads from the hallway.

The lounge area is especially large with high elevated ceilings.  The kitchen is fully fitted with granite work surface and opens onto the dining area which again leads to the large lounge area making this space very useable and a great place to entertain.  A conservatory with large windows runs along the rear of the property framing the fantastic panoramic views in the distance.  This room is currently used as a large dining and relaxation room.

Double doors open to steps leading down to the pool area.  The pool area has been designed to entertain, with large outdoor kitchen/BBQ area in order to dine alfresco all year around.  Another bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also locate in this area.  This room feels very private with direct access to the pool and entrainment area.

To the rear of the pool is another room that could be converted another room if required.

The second house is accessed from the entrance courtyard.  Downstairs there are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms which are currently rented out along with the main property.  Upstairs is a private one-bedroom apartment where the current owner resides when guests are staying the in the main house.  This apartment has a lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.  A staircase leads to a private roof solarium again with amazing views.  The apartment also benefits from a private BBQ-garden area.

To the front of the property is a garage.

Casarabonela is located at the foothills of Sierra Prieta, part of the Sierra de las Nieves.  The air is clean and the views are stunning, due to the elevated position of the village.  It is an ideal base for outdoor- and nature lovers.  Hiking, biking, horse riding or just a walk through the mountains and forest, with views over the Guadalhorce valley and even the ocean, are the perfect way to relax and enjoy the peace and quietness of the beautiful surroundings.  

Walking through the narrow whitewashed streets, you will discover the Moorish soul, combined with Christian elements and Roman remains.  The village has a central church and many plazas and outside terraces where you can enjoy sunshine, local tapas and a drink.  Also at night you can join the locals for a drink in one of the bars.  

At the highest part of town, the remains of the Arab Castle Casarabonela are visible, besides its historical value it is an exceptional viewpoint! Casarabonela is located only 40 minutes (47 km.) from Málaga and the airport.  The beaches of the Costa del Sol are a 45 minutes (62 km.) drive.
