It is currently in operation, opening its doors on weekends and holidays.

There is also a 66-meter nave and another 90-meter house that is undergoing restoration.

The entire plot has abundant vegetation that covers much of the plot creating a microclimate.  The trees are eucalyptus, fir, yuccas, pepper trees, mimosas, giants, oleanders, etc.

This whole complex has a water tank with a capacity of 40,000 liters, although the plot has water and electricity from the network.
