The house is built on a plot of 1200 m².  The land is descending from the entrance to the pool area, with sea views from the highest floors.  The house has 3 floors: entrance, bedrooms and porch.  The project was designed by a well-known architect from Malaga, who organized the different floors according to the scheme of Andalusian domestic architecture, with a large and fresh interior courtyard, with lighting through a skylight in the roof, a fountain from which to listen to the constant sound of water.  All executed with local materials, such as handmade tiles, white Macael marble and traditional Andalusian ironwork.

On the access floor we find a wide entrance with a skylight, a hole opens to the first floor and on one side, a staircase with a high window and grille, which give the space an elegant Andalusian style.  Light and spaciousness in an hall that lead us to the main rooms of the house, the large living room with dining room and kitchen.  A large terrace located between the living room and the kitchen, with spectacular views of the surroundings, the mountain of San Anton, the plot, and the sea.  In addition there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the lower floor, all the rooms, destined to bedrooms and bathrooms, are around a central room with a fountain.  A space for quietness and meditation illuminated from above by the skylight of the upper floor.  We have a large bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom, office and terrace.  There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.  

On the lower floor, a huge porch, surrounded by trees and plants, partially covered, opens onto the pool.  The house has a large living room with library, an office, a bathroom, a summer kitchen, laundry and gym.  Once in the garden we have a large swimming pool and a beautiful walk through the plot, immersed again in the beautiful surroundings of Pinares de San Anton.

The qualities are reflected in its marble, both on the floor and in bathrooms and kitchen.  The tiles are from the Fajalauza factory in Granada, the tropical wood doors.  An endless number of details that you will appreciate during your visit.
